How Suspectle works
- One person per row and one per column — the sudoku half of the puzzle.
- Suspectle is not a weapon-and-location grid like some other daily murder-mystery puzzles. Every suspect gets a row and a column, and the one left alone with the victim is the killer.
- Clues place people relative to the furniture, the rooms, each other, and the compass.
- Whoever ends up alone with the victim is the murderer. Some cases hide a role to name as well.
- Difficulty runs one to four pips: more suspects, more clue types, and deeper chains of reasoning.
